"I got the same answer from every enquiry: "We..."

About: Royal Hampshire County Hospital

These people simply can't cope. Examples: Lost patient on day one. Patient still in the same clothes they arrived in after three days. Staff oblivious of this. Advanced senile dementia patients crying out for help alongside much younger patients. Patient frightened by other patients with dementia. No feedback whatsoever on medical matters until the point of discharge and even then totally inadequate. Constantly changing beds and/or wards, doctors and nursing staff every 24 hours - bed to bed and ward to ward for many patients. Usual inadequate physio and discharged prior to bone healing. Absolutely zero cooperation or information from carers, nurses and doctors. This review requires that a department be identified but the patients are constantly being moved between departments. I have good reason to have zero trust and a private doctor will now need to be hired in order to find out what the medical details are and how to progress matters.
