(as the patient),

I have attended two appointments where Karen the nurse specialist has seen me on time and has provided a caring and efficient service which has been very helpful.

I have been very impressed with the service provided and would recommend to anyone having continence difficulties. Karen is professional and empathetic and I believe that I could rely on her for follow-up advice and support at any time.

BGC,

Thank you for taking the time to give your feedback on Patient Opinion. It sounds like you had an excellent service and Karen was very helpful. I am not sure that Locala can take the credit, as we don't provide our continence services from St Johns Centre, but I am glad you found the service you received so valuable.

I would urge anyone who feels they need it, to seek the support of their local continence service - ask your GP if you're not sure how to get in touch.
