(as a relative),

My wife was treated in our local A&E, for food poisoning. All the nursing staff and the lady doctor who treated her were very kind and considerate and put us both at ease straight away with their calm and professional approach.

My wife is now fully recovered and we would both like to thank the NHS for a job well done.
