Only just found this site and feel compelled to leave a review. Just over a year ago I was sent to ENT for a nasal polyp's, something I have previously suffered from. Yes, I did have to wait after my appointment time as the doctors were doing rounds and were spending more than their allocated time on each patient, they also spent time with me. I would much rather this happened than they regimentally dismissed patients due to time constraints. I didn't feel rushed during my appointment and the operation was explained fully to me, I felt like a valued person. The operation was the best I have ever experienced with such care from the Surgeon and anaesthetist, having previously had bad post op problems. Not this time , the anaesthetist had listened carefully to my problems and taken appropriate action and the surgeon was still there as I came round to see I was OK .The day care ward staff were fantastic, very caring and friendly. This was the NHS at its very best - well done all.
"Excellent"
