"A&E with my 2 year old a deep head wound"

It was a long wait and I found the initial checking in process confusing however once we were seen by the medical staff the level of engagement and service was fantastic. I am deeply grateful for the care and effort that staff took whilst evaluating the various treatments and opting for stitches- so many I couldn't watch - with a clever anaesthetic that was applied topically half an hour before. thanks so much A&E at Whitechapel you we're great.
