I arrived for my appointment and had just sat down when I was called in to see the consultant. Dr Nysenbaumn didn't rush me, he listened to me and then took the scan.

When I arrived home after the appointment, the phone was ringing to tell me about the pre-op procedure.

I went back to the clinic the next week and received a letter the day after with a date for the operation. The whole process from the first appointment took just two weeks!

2 days after the operation, I got a letter to return to the clinic. Again, I was seen within minutes of arrival. I saw the same doctor throughout. THe nurses and receptionists were lovely.

I've also been seen by a Dr at Trafford General for my blood pressure at a different time. The staff are lovely.

I can't fault Trafford General!
