"Treatment after cycle accident"

About: East Surrey Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

I was cycling from London to Brighton. I was hit from behind on the M25/A217 roundabout. My bike was wrecked. My helmet was wrecked but probably saved my life.

I have complete memory loss from two hours before until one hour after. Mr Paras Jethwa, a surgeon at the East Surrey was passing and put my dislocated shoulder back. Dr Babek Daneshmand and PC Mark Davey went above and beyond in sorting me out and contacting my wife. Also radiographer and nurses were very kind and helpful.

Thanks to all

Best wishes

Dear Michael1

I was sorry to read about your bike accident and your dislocated shoulder but really pleased to hear you were looked after so well by Paras Jethwa and Babak Daneshmand. I will make sure your great feedback is passed on to them and hope you are back on your bike again soon.

kind regards

Tasha
