I was referred to Southend Hospital, previously being treated at The London Chest Hospital. The difference in attitude, efficiency and sheer helpfulness of the Southend staff is amazing, they listen, are patient and empathic. I would walk to Southend from London rather than go back to the London Chest. I have phoned Southend Hospital on a couple if occasions when I've had a CPAP machine problem, and have been told to come straight there and the problem has been resolved there and then. Top marks for the Sleep team, and thank you soo much for being so nice. Regards, Anthony Neal.
