My dad was transferred to Bolsover after spending weeks in CCU in Nottingham City hospital, I can only say that the care he has received is absolutely fantastic, The rehabilitation and physio has totally turned his life around, Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff, they always had time to speak to him and listen, Because it was a 60 mile round trip to visit they were quite relaxed about the visiting times,which made a huge difference to us. I really cannot thank all of the staff enough, the place was clean and and had a fantastic positive atmosphere, We were kept informed at all times about his progress and care.

Thank you for passing on your views about your Dad’s treatment. It’s really pleasing when we hear that we have been able to make a difference and help someone feel better. It is especially heartening to hear that the staff were caring, had the time to spend with your Dad and that they kept you updated. We do try and be flexible where we can and I’m glad we were able to and it helped you. What you have described is just what we are trying to achieve and its always rewarding when patients and their families tell us it went as we would have hoped.
