What I liked

i found all nursing staff to be very helpful and caring. although i had to wait the best part of 9 hrs for my operation the staff kept apologising for the wait. i was visited by the surgeons and anaesthesist who explained the procedure of the op and gave me every opertunity to ask questions.I felt very re assurred by this.

i also forgot some items when i discharged, i phoned the ward the following and day and they were very helpful and promptly posted the items to me.

What could be improved

the wards could do with some modernising,
