What could be improved
i used the toilet on the ground floor someone had been sick just inside the door 2 hours later i used the toilet again the sick was still there
Anything else?
while me and my family visited my mother ,not once did we see a nurse wash her hands before seeing to to my mother .it was no surprise to us that she caught c-diff
