"Lack of care"

I have not been well for some weeks now. I saw a dr and she promised to send me for a MRI scan, I am still waiting.

I saw another and she said that my condition may never improve.

I saw yet another doctor and he promised to refer me to Barnet hospital rheumatology. I phoned a week later and receptionist told me the letter has been sent. I phoned today (some 3 weeks later) and I was told that I should pick the letter up. So I waited for 2 months for a scan and 3 weeks for an appointment that was not requested. I am absolutely disgusted by this treatment. None of the doctors told me to come back if I feel unwell. I feel far worse than 2 months ago. It feels like Nobody cares! ! ! !
