"Trafford Urgent Care Centre & Orthopedic Clinic at Trafford General "

About: Trafford General Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as a volunteer/advocate),

I tore a tendon in my foot and went to the walk in service. I was there for four hours, but some of that was when they were attending to me. It was a good service. The staff were very nice, I couldn't fault them .

The Orthopedic service at Trafford General has always been a good service too.

Thank you for your comments posted on the Patient Opinion website regarding your care at the Trafford Urgent Care Centre. It was very kind of you to write and compliment the staff as it is good to receive positive feedback which reflects the hard work and dedication of our staff. We also noted your very kind comment regarding out Orthopaedic Service, thank you. Patient care is important to all Trust staff and to support this mandatory customer care training is undertaken by all each year.

The new Urgent Care Centre works much in the same way as the previous Accident & Emergency department and can be visited for the treatment of a wide range of conditions from minor injuries and illnesses to suspected fractures and wounds.

We can assure you that we have passed on your comments to all the staff within the Urgent Care Centre and know they will all be very happy to receive it. We are pleased that you found the staff to be nice during your visit to the UCC and would like to wish you well, hoping that your foot is getting better.
