"They were a very nice team, providing a first class service"

About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as a relative),

I called the 999 service as my wife was not well. Having got through to an operator I was told an ambulance would be dispatched, they then asked about my wife’s symptoms – at this point she was feeling well enough to speak to the operator herself.

An ambulance arrived while my wife was still on the phone! The two people who attended, Tim and Liesl were excellent. They looked after my wife and I extremely well, taking my wife to Frenchay hospital where she was admitted very quickly.

They were a very nice team, providing a first class service.

Dear Mask292

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I hope your wife is recovering well.

It is always rewarding to hear that our staff are continuing to provide excellent care to our patients, and their families, when they need us most.

I would like to pass your kind comments onto the crew who came to your aid. Would you be able to contact me, at your convenience, with the date and address that the ambulance attended? This would allow me to identify the members of staff involved.

Thank you again for providing feedback on our service.

Kind regards

Laura
