What I liked Staff were supper What could be improved? Free parking for A&E patients Anything else? I attended Worthing A&E with a head injury caused by a falling object. The wound was relatively minor, eventually requiring only three stitches, but was complicated by including an arterial bleed. In spite of making an awful the mess, with blood squirting in all directions, including over a lovely nurse, all the staff were kind, courteous and tended to my needs efficiently and with humour. This was my second visit to Worthing A&E in less than twelve months and I have nothing but praise for everyone involved in putting me back together again. On the down side it cost me £3.20 to park the car, having drove myself there to avoid calling out an ambulance for such a trivial injury.
