I recently had to call the 111 service on two consecutive weekends.
On the first occasion I was having bladder problems, the paramedics who arrived got me to St George’s A&E where antibiotics were prescribed.
The following week I was suffering from water retention and had to call 111 again. On this occasion a doctor came to see me and treated me.
The 111 service on both times was very good, helpful and effective. I was very happy with the service.
