"I was very nervous about attending the clinic, but was soon put at my ease"

About: Locala Community Partnerships CIC / Continence advisory service

(as the patient),

As I am in my eighties I was very nervous about attending the clinic, but was soon put at my ease by the kindness and care I was shown by the nurse.

She explained everything very clearly, and answered my questions too.

I would recommend anyone with the same problems to seek advice from the continence advisory service. I didn’t know about this clinic, but I wouldn’t hesitate again if I needed it.

Thankyou for your encouraging comments.

I am really please to hear that you found your visit to clinic so helpful and that the nurse you saw put you at ease. Most people who attend clinic for the first time feel very nervous!

Our main aim is give people straight forward information about their problem and lifestyle changes to help improve their symptoms. It's great to hear that you would recommend our service to your family and friends.
