My son was unable to get through on the phone to his surgery for over a week, in the end, I managed to get through, a bit after 12 noon.
I asked for an appointment and was told it had to be booked on the day you want to see the GP and you must call at 8.45 in the morning. No other appointments are made.
How stupid is this? I'm concerned this is done so they can say there is less than 24 hours waiting time, but I'm sure it is law that you CAN make appointments for the next day or two. If I knew where to complain I would do, but have no idea, so have to be content putting it here.
