I've visited ent twice now, and after my second visit decided to write this review as a tribute to staff there for the patience, courtesy and respect with which I was treated on both occasions. I'm sure this can sometimes lead to delays for other patients, and longer working hours for staff, but it's a noticeable kindness, rarer than you would hope in an overstretched nhs, and I for one am grateful.
