"Uncaring indifferent staff"

The first admission I was on a ward with a couple of elderly ladies who received no care at all. One lady needed feeding and I didn't see one nurse feed her in a week. Her dinner came and they left it on the tray and took it away again. The other lady was told she could go home when she was mobile but everytime she adked a member of staff to help her use her zimmer frame they always had an excuse not to. I was sent home with medication that made my condition worse and rushed back in a week later. I rarely saw a nurse even when I was being sick and had diahorrea and spent the day in the bathroom alone. I was moved wards four times in ten days. I went home to get paracetamol because the staff didn't bring me any !!! Nobody knew I had gone for four hours. None of the staff washed their hands and one consultant did a neurological exam on e using his dirty car key. Nobody told me what I was being tested for except the main Neurologist when he was around. Nobody listened to how I felt and consquently the wrong tests were done unecessarily. Obviously these tests came back negative and I was sent home without a definite diagnosis. Eight months on and I am waiting fir a second opinion and still have the same problems. I felt like a lab rat instead of a human being with feelings.
