What I liked

This hospital is spotlessly clean and bright. The nursing staff are friendly and helpfull and nothing is too much trouble for them. Having had major orthopaedic surgery at other hospitals I can honestly say the treatment at this hospital is excellent. The post op care is fantastic. I would like to thank everyone including tea ladies, nurses, therapists for making my stay a comfortable and pleasant experience. Oh, and the food is lovely!

What could be improved

Nothing could have been improved in my experience. I note some people complain about the parking charges, £2 for 24 hours, which means this ticket can be used for 2 visits. I find this more than reasonable, at my local hospital £2 might only buy you one hour parking time!

Anything else?

The only improvement I would recommend is that the staff should not be charged to park, but this is not a patient issue.
