I had an ENT consultation on 28jan14 and was sent for an MRI scan on 22feb14 . My first followo up date offered 22apr14 - this was changed by WHH appointments to 14may14 - this was then changed by WHH to 31jul14 , which in due course was changed to 08jan15 . This in turn was changed to 13nov14 when I rang and complained about the long wait for the results of MY MRI scan . Contact with the patient experience team came to nothing despite promises to the contrary. e.mail to the NHS CEO Stuart Bain only induced a standrd automated reply . This was on 11may14 , as yet no more contact .
