"outpatient Physiotherapy"

About: King George Hospital

I have been attending the department for a left elbow/shoulder problem for approximately two months now (bi monthly) and so far my problem is decreasing nicely. My treatment has been by two physiotherapists on seperate occassions who are young, knowledgeable, confident and very well mannered, both thriving whilst working in a busy department. The reception staff are helpful, friendly and efficient whilst allowing enough time to sort out appointments and other enquiries. Waiting area is comfortable and seating sufficient for all with good accessibility, toilets adequate. I haven't had to wait very long before being seen so fairly timely, and haven't been rushed during an appointment. Given excellent exercises and good advice. Very pleased and thankful to all staff. Regards Jan

Thank you for leaving your comment on NHS Choices. It’s brilliant to hear your positive feedback about your whole experience of visiting the Physiotherapy department, from the reception staff through to the care you received in the sessions. The staff will be very pleased to receive your comment. Yours sincerely, Stephen Burgess Medical Director
