"not happy"

About: Torbay Hospital

i went to see the chronic pain team after being diagnosed with fybromyalgia, i went to the physio department and whist in the waiting room a physio who had treated me the prevous yer when i was in hospital said what are you doing here yo7u dont ahve an appointment with any of us i said i had an appointment with the consultant. when i went in the consultant was grinningf all over his face and said that this physio therapist had been in and told him all about me? he obviously found something amusing this made me feel uncomfortable. does this person have a right to discuss me espacially as they are nothing to do with me now, what a bout patient confidentiality. diuring the time with the consultant one thing i told him was i have a lot of pain and stiffness in my hands as well as other places. a the end of the appointment he put out his hand to shake my hand and squeezed my hand really hard whilst looking me directly in the eye and grinning witha a stupid grin on his face. Is this how you treat people and yes it did hurt. i only wish i said something at the time
