Very good medical care

What could be improved

my son was in hospital for 8 days and had no shower as there was no equipment to cope with his level of disability-wheelchair-bound severe ms.He had to defeacate lying down on bedpan-very difficult in his condition-as no toilet with hoist and supportive seating. This is distressing,unhygienic and archaic.
