On Friday I had an appointment at St James's University Hospital, Leeds, for a follow up with the surgeon who removed a cataract from my eye a few weeks ago. My appointment was for 10.25 a.m., I was seen by the Staff Nurse at 10.35 for my preliminary inspection and was actually out of the Consulting Room by 11.00 a.m., very happy and satisfied with the service I received. The clinic was extremely full and busy but everything went smoothly for me. Thank you.
"One satisfied patient"
