The staff were understanding, reassuring and practical. I was thoroughy impressed and comforted by their prescence. In my experience it is only people whose expectations are too high for the size of the unit and how busy it can get who are disappointed. I asked questions, asked for advice and ultimately understood that I wouldn't necessarily have 100% of one person's attention, I was so impressed that I got as much attention as I did, especially as the unit was so busy. Congratulations to the whole unit who kept me informed, talked to me and apologised when they were struggling to fit people in.
