Injury occurred in Devon so rang for emergency apptment as I live in Bristol. Respondent exceptionally helpful and caring. Explained what to do clearly. Was given an emergency appointment. All staff great. I felt sorry for them as they had to work against a constant background of noise from building work. Overall very impressed. Lovely people.
