"hard to say!"

About: St Richard's Hospital

(as a relative),

What I liked

hard to say!

What could be improved

Agency staff attitudes

Anything else?

After waiting 60 minutes and getting no response to my emergency bell call for pain relief i phoned my wife at home to get her to phone the hospital and tell them I was asking for help. I could hear the staff at the nurses station but they totally ignored my requests for help.
