"Incompetence beyond belief"

About: Eastbourne District General Hospital

5 months since being told she needs her gallbladder removed today received a letter telling us we will be contacted six weeks before her appointment - that is the appointment to put a tube down her throat not to removed the gallbladder - sitting here in total disbelief. We've waited four weeks for this letter which does nothing. The lunatics are running the asylum.
