"Poor management and handling in Womens and..."

I was very badly handled over a TVS scan. I was not treated at all sympathetically, it was rushed and stressful and I was told they only had the proble that was way too large. This despite having the same scan a few years ago in the old hospital with a small probe very successfully. How is it a spanking new hospital cannot even achieve this scan satisfactory nor offer an alternative other than a general anaesthatic which I do not want.
