"A&E - A very hot Sunday 18 May 2014 - 4.00pm"

About: University Hospital Aintree

I have COPD and was worried I might be having heart trouble too. I walked into Faz A&E. I feel I was given very professional, caring, friendly and quick as required / needed treatment by all staff from entering reception through to triage, ECG and blood taking, X Ray and eventually on to see the Doctor in the treatment area. Fortunately, tests and Doc's examination could find no serious problems I didn't already know about. Left happy about 8.00pm after advice and reassurance from the Doc and his un-rushed answers to my many, many questions - and after what must have been a long and hot shift for him and the rest of the staff. Thanks to all.
