What I liked Being kept completely informed every step of the way. Also the way the nurses treat everyone with respect What could be improved? The car park but that isn't the doctors or nurses problem Anything else? The procedures were extremely long and we were given updates during the day and the following weeks. The friendliness of all the people involved
