The attitude of everyone in the hospital from the nursing (ha ha) staff in a and e who allowed a small girl to be covered with her mothers coat because she was cold rather than get the child a blanket to the tea lady who kissed her teeth at me because I had the audacity to ask for a cup of tea.

Anything else?

When you are waiting on the ward to see the doctor you are continually told that he is coming. I waited from 9am until 5.15pm to see him (my husband had to get him out of his office in the end). Tell us the truth and stop struting around like you own the world. PEOPLE ARE FRIGHTENED OF YOUR STAFF BECAUSE OF THEIR ATTITUDE. This business about "our staff will not tolerate unacceptable behaviour" is a two-way street. If they were more understanding and actually did the job we were paying them for they wouldn't have to put up with unacceptable behaviour.

I would also say that I have complained to the chief executives office last year and have not yet had a reply. Maybe she is too busy spending that great big salary of hers to get on with the job.
