My father admitted to E58. Ward clean. When patients discharged or moved. Area deep cleaned. All staff showed care and compassion. My father poorly nursing staff ensured he was immaculate. Medical staff and sister in charge. Kept family informed and supported the whole of our family My father passed away. Had to collect documents to register my fathers death. The ward Clark lovely. The reception I got from a staff nurse when I walked on to ward to collect paperwork was far from lovely. Terrible attitude. I work in the hospital. I would never dream of speaking to a patient or relative the way she spoke to me. At the time I was too distressed to complain.
