"I was sent to the X-ray Dept by ..."

What I liked I was sent to the X-ray Dept by my Dr with no appointment. When I arrived I was seen by the most polite lady you could have wished to meet. I was told to take a seat and within 5 minutes I was seen to by the radiographer. Again I was treated with respect and dignity. I never took note of any names which \I should have done, but if they read this they will know who I am referring to. What could be improved? Peoples attitudes can make or break anything. The people in Haslar are way above anything QA can offer. I mean QA has its standards but Haslar is 100 times more efficient and cleaner. People made Haslar what it is today. Anything else? For the sake of all the people in Gosport and Fareham, Titchfield and beyond, keep Haslar Hospital as an NHS Hospital with a Military presence there too.
