What I liked
I was really impressed with the treatment that I recieved from Mr Rigby at the orthopaedic clinic. Despite the clinic running late he was the first person to listen to my concerns and spend time with me. He explained everything fully and was geniunely warm. The radiologist was also very nice and treated me as a person and with respect.
What could be improved
The receptionists showed no interest in the people that came in. And made no extra effort to engage or be helpful/even smile to the patients.
