Hi,
I would just like to say a massive thank you to everyone on the delivery ward.
However I would especially like to thank Kate (Midwife) whose practice was outstanding, she listened to the needs of the patient and remained patient focused throughout a fairly traumatic labor, of my sister. Kate ensured that my sister had an understanding of everything that was happening, through explaining the jargon used by her colleagues.
When we had to move from the delivery ward to the operating theatre, everyone was extremely welcoming and supportive in a very scary environment for myself and my sister, unfortunately I can only remember the anaesthetist name Ben, but everyone was really lovely and so kind.
We are both extremely grateful for all your support in welcoming my nephew into the world.
