I went to A & E to get a bad bump on the head checked out having not known how I got it and short term memory loss and headaches. Although promptly seen to, the nurse did not even introduce herself or shut the door. Once I had explained the incident to her she immediately said 'So you have just come for a simple check up, you know you can get that done at your GP surgery.' She then rudely turned to the computer leaving me not knowing whether or not I could even leave. She was rude has wasted my time when there is serious possibility of having concussion. I will not be going there by choice again and would recommend it unless it was a definite emergency.
