"Very impressed"

I attended Blake ward for a day case on Friday, and wanted to thank all the staff involved, from the receptionist, the staff nurse, the theatre staff and the surgeon, for their wonderful care. They made me feel so at ease, we're very professional but very friendly, and treated everyone with such respect. Nothing was too much trouble. I felt informed at every stage of the process, and although the wait was tedious, the staff made it so much easier. Thank you to everyone. Although I live a long way away, and was thinking that I had made a mistake in choosing this hospital, if I do need to return to this department, I will have no fears or worries at all.
