What I liked

I was taken into A and E and seen within 20 minutes which i was very impressed with. I saw a doctor straight away and he took my symptoms very seriously and asked a lot of questions. I got given pain relief and was given the option of seeing a female doctor for further diagnosis.

What could be improved

Knowing what i know now i think they could have given me an ultrasound to determine the cause of my pain.

Anything else?

I was treated as though my problem was serious and not like i was making it up which i experienced in North Tees Hospital at a later date!!

Thank you for your comments. I'm pleased you felt you received good care but sorry you were dissappointed in a later visit. We do listen to people's comments and we try and learn from them so thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts.
