I visited outpatients D on May 12. On arrival, I checked with reception and confirmed my details. There was a sign saying that the clinic was delayed for one and a half hours. When I had still not been seen after that time I enquired at the reception desk and was told that I needed to speak to a nurse. When I eventually got to speak to the nurse I was told that the doctor had finished his clinic long ago and that I had been registered as a no show. I lost two hours of my time and the doctor lost his time due to believing that I had missed my appointment.
"Unnecessary wait"
