On April 17th I arrived at New Hall Hospital for admission re my hip replacement operation. From entering the building until my discharge on Tuesday 22nd April I thank everyone for the wonderful caring and compassion that was shown. I was kept informed as to what would happen, the surgeon and his team were fantastic and then throughout my stay I received nothing but first class kindness and caring from all of the team - Nurses Doctors Physiotherapists Domestics - I can only give high praise to all., and say thank you - simple words but extremely sincere. The surgeon visited me every morning and is extremely keen to get you mobile and independent. My ward was Creasor - comfortable and wonderful. I also have to say that my pre-admission visit was of the highest standard
