"worst experience of my life"

About: Princess Royal University Hospital (Orpington)

My daughter became extremely ill with kidney pains. I took her to the pru hospital. We waited in the waiting room far above the government guidelines of 4hours. I complained and was told by the nurse "so" eventually we were called into the nurses area. We were placed in a cubicle. We remained there for several more hours. Eventually a ct scan was requested and my daughter had this done. After another hour the doctor finally had the result and informed us it was not stones. He then told the potters to move my daughter on her bed to another room. This they did they never gave me a chance to gather her clothes and I had to run after them. They placed my daughter in a small computer room where there was no lighting. The porter fell over me. The room was freezing. My daughter was in extreme pain. I rang the buzzer for a nurse. No one came. I rang several more times and still no one came. I had to go outside to look for a nurse. But when I left the room it locked behind me and I could not get back in or find a nurse either. I became very afraid. I again complained and my daughter eventually was moved. At 3pm we were told by a doctor that my daughter should have been given pain relief at 7am but the nurse had failed to do this as she had an attitude problem as I had complained earlier. The nurse became irate and when I asked for her name she refused to furnish me with her details as she knew she was totally unprofessional and negligent. I witnessed elderly patients being treated like they were sub humans and I have now been left with a terrible image of this most disgusting hospital and staff. There is a much longer and detailed description of this even. I also obtained the names of all of the doctors involved. Except the nurse.
