"would an animal be treated like this"

sent to emergency last Monday my daughter was in agony with stomach pains was there 8 hours had test, results have not been sent to GP as .consultant didn't want them to be lost in the system, guess what result were lost never made it to GP. on the phone now to hospital for over an just trying to get through. daughter still in pain with no results and little help getting them. I truly believed the staff were up against so busy, this does not help my daughter, if I had a dog left it in pain the RSPCA would have had me prosecuted. I see awful sights people on stretchers and chairs left for hours
