"a & e visit 4/4/2014"

I found the the two initial assessment triage nurses unnecessarily brusque,especially the second one who's unfriendliness was verging on the rude.Thankfully the nurse who examined my eye was friendly and professional as was the Doctor. We were given a satisfaction form to fill in by reception staff ( who was themselves friendly and courteous) overall I was satisfied with my visit and had expected the nearly 4 hr wait but the team was let down the attitude of those two triage nurses.
