About: Princess Royal University Hospital (Orpington)

Came in to A&E 9pm with an allergic reaction big swollen lips(purple), waited 1h to see nurse, waited 3 more hours no doctor, left the hospital, undone! So many nurses, not speaking proper english, rude to patients, but no doctors around. Lots of nurses having chat, eating, drinking, standing around and telling patients we are so busy, didn't know with what. Overall, the hospital is a waste of our money!
