"Care by ICU and organ donation staff"

I wish to place on record my grateful thanks and appreciation of the care given to my husband who was in ICU from 15-20 February 2014. Sadly his condition was such that a recovery was not possible but every effort was made to save him and he was treated with consummate professionalism and great dignity by a wonderful team of nurses and consultants. The care given to me and my family was second to none and we were kept informed at all times. Having requested that my husband's organs should be donated if possible, the help and support of the staff made my husband's last day bearable for me and my family - they were with us from mid morning until the early hours of the next day, untiring in their efforts. All the staff should be praised for their professionalism and care.
