"my complaint is going to the head of the hospital"

About: Newham General Hospital

Disgrace utter caos. Having gone in the labour and my waters braking at home than waiting an 1 hr and half for an ambulance I thought that was bad till I got to labour ward ren they made me wait an hour when I could feel my baby coming. Than when they finally get a ward was greedy by a rude arrogant midwife that kissed her teeth at me for groning. I was having hallucinations because of the gas an air and was scared she left her night shift and 2 midwifes came and what they did will stay with me forever. As my baby was crowning both nurses pushed so hard around the babies head that they split me badly. I lost quite a bit of blood I went hospital with heart problems was seen by the first nurse quickly than the ecg but when they took my blood test they said it'll take about an hour which was fine. But an hour past and nothing so I asked what's going on and the nurse goes and tells me they forgot to send the blood test tube with everyone's bloods to the people that do the tests now I was tole maximum waiting time of 3 hrs. And when they told me they forgot was 3:45am. having my 6 yr old and my 7 month old with me so i had no choice but to leave so iv wasted £10 on cabs for what so your lazy ****ing hospital can be rude to people and cause pain and suffering. now because of your staff I might die tonight but ill make sure my mother sues you. This will not be the end of it
