"Misdiagnosed"

When I first entered the hospital I was enduring a depressive episode and was feeling better after 2 and a half weeks of support from the doctor but they unfortunately failed to spot that I was Bipolar and relapsed after a few weeks I reentered the hospital in May but after 3 days I just couldn't stand to be in a place where they had there chance to get me better but failed, for this I wrote to the MP and they said they would look into it and a lady came from the Foundation trust and I proposed to her that I would agree to see a consultant psychiatrist and have a funded place at St Andrews in Northampton but apparently even with a budget of £90 million you cant afford to help a 20 year old. One other doctor wouldn't see me because I dont meet the criteria for schizophrenia and another has finally agreed to see me after much delay hoping that I would take my life in the meantime. This is unacceptable as I am still not being treated for bipolar disorder after numerous suicide attempts and being cooperative with ant-depressive medication which has failed on me because I have no mood stabilizer. I even went as far to have my GP apply for funding at a clinic in Oxford that deals with trauma and various mental illnesses such as bipolar but after a month and a half the commissioning board decided they lacked evidence on there part and on mine because a consultant psychiatrist would not see me to diagnose bipolar but let me tell you the evidence that your facilities work is very small. If something is not done in the meantime I am going to press charges for negligence and being misdiagnosed
